What you give us
When you place an order, or ask for a perfume we do not list, we collect your name, phone number, city, area, address and any notes, with the products, sizes and quantities you chose. We use them only to confirm, price and deliver your order or request and to answer you on WhatsApp.
Each order (ZF-…) and request (ZT-…) is kept for 365 days, then deleted. If you tick "Save my details", we also keep your contact details in our customer list until you ask us to remove them.
Technical data
Our servers receive the standard technical details every browser sends: browser type and language, the date and time, and the pages you open. If part of a page fails, we keep the page that failed so we can fix it.
Why we collect it
To take and deliver your orders, to keep the shop working smoothly, and - only if you choose "Accept" - to learn how the shop is used, so we can stock what people look for. Each visit gets a random visit ID that ends when you close the tab, and what it recorded is kept for 180 days, then deleted.
Cookies and browser storage
We use no advertising cookies. The site stores in your browser:
• zahi.consent.v1 - your cookie choice (essential)
• zahi.order.v1 - the perfumes in your order (essential)
• zahi.buyer.v1 - your delivery details, only if you tick "Save my details"
• zahi.promoUsed - the phone number a promo code was used with, so it is not offered again
• zahi.session.v1 - the analytics visit ID, only if you choose "Accept"; cleared when the tab closes
• zahi.requestPrompt.v1 - that the "Can’t find what you’re looking for?" bubble was already shown, so it appears once a visit; cleared when the tab closes
• zahi.scroll.* and zahi.viewed.* - your place on a page, and which products you opened so each view is counted once; cleared when the tab closes
You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Who else handles it
Netlify hosts the site. Google runs the database (Firebase), the check that tells people from bots (reCAPTCHA) and the fonts (Google Fonts); ImageKit serves the product photos. WhatsApp (Meta) carries your order or request, which you send yourself from your own phone.
Your choices
You can ask us on WhatsApp to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Choosing "Essential only" turns analytics off.
